Project Manager is responsible for conducting service order provisioning and activation activities for new and existing multi-location and large revenue customers. • Orders and coordinates the installation of DS1, DS3 and Fiber Builds. • Facilitates service activation and changes through number porting, analog trunks, PBX configurations, complex directory listings, and switched long distance services. • Maintains extensive contact with external customers, vendors, local exchange carriers (LEC’s) and other competitive local exchange carriers (CLEC’s) to ensure customers experience a smooth and timely transition to Integra service.• Work directly with Sales Rep's as well as Sales Managers, Director and VP level Management.• Schedule installation technician's to coordinate with customer and vendors requested timeline.• Provide feedback to Sales Rep's with any customer issues. Also provide feedback to Sales with opportunities to offer services that would better fit the customer's needs.• Design customer ordered circuits and maintain circuit design database.• Track all orders from start to finish.

• Provide strong level of expertise in assisting customers as well as agents and sales representatives. • Provide expertise to support the Network Development provisioning of circuits.• Responsible for quick and efficient order writing and processing of DSL and Frame Relay orders.• Provide support for resolving billing disputes.• Responsible for file/database maintenance and internal order tracking
