A small town girl with a huge heart who dreams of helping varieties of animals one day. My name is Trisha Large born February 5, 1996 growing up I was always fascinated with the medical field and the thought of helping others as an occupation was ideal for me, so when I was asked the question what do you want to be when you grow up I always responded with Nurse, Doctor, Optometrist, Dermatologist, Pediatrician, Psychologist and at a point in time Astronaut. These occupations stood out to me as a young girl and I could never decide which one I wanted to be all I knew was I wanted to help people rather it be insightful, a procedure, or as someone to talk to. Now when I moved to my small town in Missouri I started to be more and more exposed to animals and farms and the care for animals. And I always had a deep love in my heart for all animals, but when I moved there it grew tremendously. I often found myself asking my friends to come over and hang out to help them take care of their animals and farm, or going to my grandpas to help him with his animals. I then decided to become a Veterinarian the only problem was as many farm animals as there were in Missouri there were hardly no opportunities for that line of work. I then ventured to the beautiful State of Washington where they are crazy about their animals and pets health and well being. I was offered a place to rent from a family member and got my foot in started a job as a pet sitter and also did a little child care and finally started college at O.C to begin my journey as a Veterinarian.

Pet SitterDennis Thompson Mar 2016 - PresentCurrently I work mostly weekends for a lady named Dennis Thompson she owns two dogs and 1 cat, 1 blue healer and the other is a Collie, and the cat is a British short hair. Normally I go to the house so she can have a fun night out with her husband and watch the animals taking care of their every need. This includes keeping them busy and making sure they have fun Blue Healer is an exceptionally hyper active dog because of their wild dog ancestor the Dingo. Therefore Blue Healers love to play and hate sitting still, so play time and taking walks are essential. The British short hair is easy shes pretty old and lazy, but loves to try to eat the fish from the fish tank so when I go on walks I put her in her own little cat proof room with food and water. At the end of the day I give all three animals a bath brush their hair and sometimes blow dry them and brush their teeth depending on the mood they're in that day. If they ever need any medicine I make sure they have it on time and if they have redness in their ears and I can tell they are aching I often give them ear drops.
