Leading the end to end creation and consolidation for ChatOps integrations on Jira Service Management from Ops Genie

Lead various commercialization projects as part of the Microsoft Stream Team.Spearheaded accessibility in products by taking a proactive approach to ensure that the experiences I designed were accessible to people with visual/mobility imparements. The process involved in-depth user research and testing to identify opportunities and build effective solutions that enhanced their workflow and ability to interact with the digital space with ease. Drove the end-to-end admin-lead migration (built on Stream Admin Center & SharePoint Admin Center) from Stream (Classic) to Stream (on SharePoint), impacting 3.5 mil. active users. Identified the need for, and created the north star for user self-migration to empower customers to manage their data.Built synergies with teams across geographies to design the new camera experience for Stream, Teams, Outlook, Office, Yammer, etc. Brought the goodness of the FlipGrid camera into the MS experience post aquisition.Facilitated collaboration within the triad and established an effective channel of communication across other teams to successfully navigate dependencies.

As a Lead Product Designer at Samsung, my role includes managing the Samsung Galaxy Store as a localised experience for the India market. The Galaxy Store is a monetisation project for which we partnered with Indus App Bazaar to provide a curated experience for users.My role also includes providing guidelines for system applications such as Wi-Fi and Tethering as well as simplified experiences for mass market devices like Android Go.As an interaction designer I also participate in various phases of the design process from research, to ideation, development and commercialisation for new product innovation projects.

As an Interaction Designer at Samsung, I focused on creating intuitive experiences for users, as well as worked closely with teams within the organisation to align product requirements for projects. This enabled me to build and refine my interpersonal skills and work with members from various backgrounds.Working as a hands-on UI/UX designer allowed me to understand Samsung guidelines and create the user journey and flows for multiple commercialised applications, such as the Samsung Galaxy Store and a number of system applications on Android Go devices.My team also received a patent for an On Device AI feature; Smart Crop, that I had played a key role in during the course of my internship.

As an Interaction Design Intern, I learned to hone my presentation skills, understood what it means to provide valuable solutions that enhance the User Experience, while making it intuitive and seamless.I worked on multiple commercialisation projects such as Samsung Health, Galaxy Store and Tune Station. I also played a key role in the research, ideation and development of and On Device AI feature that launched as Smart Crop on the Samsung A Series line-up.

As an Industrial Design Intern, I focused on learning technical softwares such as Solidworks and Rhinoceros, required for solid and surface modelling, and Keyshot for rendering the product visualisation. To expand my horizon I also worked on Adobe Aftereffects and Premier to create video teasers for line-up devices such as the Samsung J series.Alongside my Industrial Design projects, I also assisted in UI/UX Projects, like the interaction of the Smart Glow feature on J series devices, Samsung Walk mode and Samsung Shop.
