The Louisville/Jefferson County Information Consortium (LOJIC) is a multi-agency partnership to build and maintain a Geographic Information System (GIS) to serve Louisville Metro and Jefferson County, Kentucky.

27 years of experience managing IT and geospatial technologies involving geographic information systems (GIS),geospatial analysis, ROI, business processes, BI, permitting systems, utilities, cartography and global positioning systems (GPS). Ms. Brush has extensive experience in multiple aspects of geospatial technologies in public sectors where she has led the development of numerous geospatial projects. Trisha is a Certified GIS Professional (GISP) and has served on State GIS Boards in Kansas and Kentucky, including serving as founder and President of Kentucky Association of Mapping Professionals and Director on the Kansas Association of Mappers board. She has expertise utilizing geospatial technology for governmental operations, emergency operations and 911, transportation, floodplain management, environmental services, planning and development, utilities and engineering. Ms. Brush has spent more than eighteen years leading local government agencies at both the County and regional level, developing and managing GIS professionals and projects, as well as partnerships. She has a comprehensive background in organizational and system development, strategic and implementation planning, systems integration and implementation, GIS governance and financial modeling up to one million dollars, geospatial standards and best practices, geodatabase modeling and design and geospatial data creation and conversion. Workflow and business processes are where she thrives.

When Trisha arrived at Miami County there was limited GIS functionality. She spent her time converting paper parcel and soils maps into a digital GIS. Trisha built the county GIS from the ground up. Working with public works on asset management collection and sign inventory as well as PCI ratings. She also worked with local Farm Services on field delineation and soils maps. A large project that was completed for the first time in the county by Trisha was a comprehensive planning map. Her efforts during that project won her employee of the quarter.
