- Responsible for all aspects of sales & hospitality on the Curragh Racecourse - Liaising with all clients including key sponsors and ensuring their needs/requirements are met in relation to hospitality and branding- Managing budgets for my department with ownership of revenue generation and hospitality sales- Work closely with the Commercial Manager in devising a yearly programme for marketing of the racecourse and in particular sales & hospitality - Manage the relationship between the contracted caterer and agreeing/negotiating all contract terms and conditions on a year to year basis- Project manage events to cover all marquee or temporary structures installation including all ancillary services and ensuring required specifications and timings are met

- Responsible for analysing and recommending sponsorship opportunities for the company - Responsible for devising the sponsorship & special events plan for the year which included an involvement in the Dubai International Film Festival, Jumeirah Regatta, Jumeirah Sales & Marketing Conference and the Dubai Golf Classic.- Overseeing and managing a team of 3 event managers who co-ordinated Jumeirah’s involvement in various events- Overseeing the budget/spend in relation to the sponsorship and special events plan- Working with a cross section of departments within Jumeirah on ensuring that all sponsorship and events are aligned within the corporate guidelines- Co-ordinate all the Return on Investment reports following each sponsorship deal or event.- Report directly to the Director

- Responsible for reviewing and improving the Vodafone support programme strategy for our Distribution Channels and driving the necessary change by implementing the improved programme- Submit and manage initiatives to improve the account management and support process for our Distribution Channels from corporate hospitality to store refits to local sponsorship- Negotiate and deal with suppliers for all elements of support for our Distribution Channels from corporate hospitality to store refits to local sponsorship- Oversee and implement the store investment programme to support the Vodafone brand in our Distribution Channels in excess of €1.5 million. Estimate and manage extent of store investment in terms of content, cost, sites and agree with relevant parties- Maintain and manage Vodafone retail footprint throughout Ireland. Identify where Vodafone require additional outlets or do not require outlets and action.- Review performance of our Distribution Channels on a regular basis based on our support programme and make recommendations as a result of this analysis- Project manage changes to the bonus reward scheme for Vodafone account management team- Manage, develop and motivate the Trade Marketing Department (team of 16 people) covering the areas of events, communications, training, incentives and merchandising
