Support the company’s mission statement and sales goals by overseeing and managing branch sales staff and business development activities. The Financial Sales Manager is charged with delivering strong individual sales performance, including conducting outside sales activities. The role is responsible for coaching and developing the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals. Demonstrate and implement our Trusted Advisor strategy to all internal and external customers.
