Customer Service Manager
Current- Responsible for billing, scheduling of inbound and outbound loads, planning all outbound orders, CRM cases, stock status report accuracy for two DC's, IT issues, and reporting.
- Ensure that all Emergency orders are processed.
- Ensure accurate reporting for all three DC's weekly review and coordinate weekly review meeting.
- Responsible for compiling three DC's monthly business review and quarterly business review KPI data.
- Maintain excellent customer service ensure the customer’s needs are meet on a daily basis.
- Ensure Red Prairie data is keyed in a timely manner.
