Assistant Program Coordinator in The College of Health & Human Services.

Provide outreach to community member supporters and partners, coordinate and work with volunteers from Central America/Mt. Hood Community College's SEED Program, oversee social media efforts including Facebook, Twitter, and Groupon Grassroots, use graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to design internet and print media, update web site content, coordinate and promote Annual Monarch Butterfly Release & Parade event with community partners, and promote and plan online fundraising.

Provide front office support, answer multiple-line telephone, check-in patients, provide resources and information, assist clients with pet-care related questions and go-home instructions, monitor staff calendars, schedule appointments and surgeries, review patient records, forms, and applications for completeness and accuracy, compose correspondence, maintain both electronic and manual filing systems, order, receive, and maintain inventory of supplies and promotional materials, assist in mail preparations, coordinate educational outreach events, direct hospital tours, train new front office staff, conduct internet research, manage redesign of web site, compose web content and blogs, and oversee social media efforts. Demonstrate organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple roles, competing demands, and adjust priorities to effectively coordinate work flow.

Provide administrative support in labor, employment, litigation, and education law.

Provide administrative support for MHCC Faculty Association, attend and record minutes for Faculty Association Meetings, and records management. (Student Worker Position).
