Conducted system trainings and provided ongoing system support as needed.Attended on-site system training to understand all aspects of the system to prepare for data transfer and deployment. Collaborated with trainers on certain scenarios to insure needs were met or request development to insure features/tools were present prior to go-live. Performed all system testing to verify development was completed and worked properly.Established and published Quality Management System (QMS) documentation for ISO 9001:2008 compliance.
