My responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: -arranging flights, housing, and ground transportation for all abroad and local company members-hosting and coordinating hospitality for company events, workthrough lunches, production meals, and cast parties-contracting designers and actors for the Theatre -overseeing the use of company management budgets and the distribution of payments to employees every week-processing ticket orders for cast/crew/orchestra/design team members-creating and maintaining corporate relationships with nearby hotels, restaurants, medical clinics, and boutiques-executing union rules as applicable to designers, directors, choreographers, actors, and crew personnel -liaising with other departments such as Marketing, Development, and Finance on matters pertaining to the cast and company, i.e.promo events, backstage tours, walk-on roles, and reimbursement fees -when necessary, facilitating doctor visits and completing worker's comp paperwork for company members.In short, I see to the health and welfare of the cast, creative team, orchestra and crew throughout the run of each show. This means I provide support for over 100 people per performance -- on and off stage. I am the Administrative representative to the Production team, and I engage with and bolster both entities within the company.

-creating and fomenting an internship program for the new and rapidly growing Film Studies Department at Seattle University-aiding the Executive Assistant and the Department Chair with day-to-day administrative tasks-responding to the questions and needs of students in regards to the Film Studies program, and helping them navigate the new major and minor requirements amid a changing University core schedule
