Healthy San Francisco Program Manager
Current-Develop, manage, and monitor operational processes supporting the HSF Program including billing, communications, medical home management, inquiry management, participant eligibility and enrollment, utilization of services, and reporting.-Participate in HSF strategic planning, including development of annual project and initiative road maps.-Lead and manage complex projects and initiatives related to HSF billing improvements, system enhancements, user experience research, technical updates, HSF provider network changes, participant communications, and all other program operations.-Create and maintain documentation for the program, including desktop procedures, process flows, user guides, data definitions, and business rule documents. Review documentation on a quarterly basis.-Provide subject matter expertise to internal partners, such as HSF Customer Service, Enrollment Services, Coverage Programs, Marketing, ITS, and enrollment and eligibility.-Provide support and feedback to the program specialists and serve as an escalation point for complex cases and process questions.-Manage escalation and issue resolution with internal and external vendors and stakeholders.-Coordinate resolution of operational issues with external partners and/or SFHP departments as needed.-Serve as the liaison to Marketing, and assume responsibility for the implementation of standard HSF participant and provider communications, collateral updates, website scrubs, and ad-hoc outreach campaigns-Collaborate with data analysts to ensure accurate and relevant data reporting to support daily operations, program monitoring, and compliance. Review monthly and quarterly reports to the SFDPH-Effectively use data and metrics to inform program and process design.-Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external vendors and stakeholders, including managing recurring meetings and developing relationships.
