Hey there, It's nice to virtually meet you. My name is Trishal but my closest call me Trish. I'm the co-founder of Beti.Beta; a radical tuition center that prepares you to pivot. Through the power of lived experiences, community and play- we shift the way we learn, teach and imagine for the futures ahead. How did a innovation strategist end up in the education space? Simple, I hate the word upskilling. It implies we are never enough and I don't believe that always playing catch up is a sustainable use of our limited time on this little blue dot. That's why, you'll find me constantly bouncing between the "why" & "why not" until I connect the dots between equity & empowerment (yes, I am also obsessed with alliteration). I've dabbled in multiple industries, from global MNCs to non-profits, which truly showed me none of us truly ever have the answer and we are all just trying to figure it out. My diverse range of experience uncovered my masala to consistently drive radical futures our 6 & 60 year old selves would be proud of. After all, my mother always said that “if you have the privilege to follow your passion, it’s your duty to make the world a little bit better” & she would be pissed if I didn't follow through. I've got some clout of awards & was named Prestige 40U40 but what sparks me is being able to serve & give back what I was given. The question mostly on my mind is; how might we consistently create a space to explore, empower and evolve?
