The Pre-Practicum Coordinator works directly with students seeking and securing practicum placements, and with practicum sites and potential practicum supervisors, to ensure that the field training component of the Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology is implemented in accordance with University policy, and in such a way as to achieve its educational and professional development goals. The Pre-Practicum coordinator is also responsible for instructing on-line information session, maintaining student forums and developing and posting appropriate Course news bulletins.

TIOW is a structured Workability Program geared at unemployed individuals 54 years plus. The program includes 11 weeks of in-class instruction followed by a 12 week employer-based work experience. As the Youth Options Program Manager, myself and two other Soft Skills Facilitators provide a 10 week Employ-ability and Educational Program for local Youth at Risk; a 10 week Emotions Management Program at the Leo Hayes and Oromocto High Schools; a 10 week Emotions Management Program One-on-One and also Life Skills Training to any youth 15-19years of age.
