About Trisha Reinwald

My role at MACC is focused on engaging members and supporting efforts to maximize the impact and value of working together collaboratively. Day to day I'm checking in with MACC members, directing communication and engagement strategies, supporting engagement in our mission and connection to our organizational values, pushing myself outside of my comfort zone, and chasing a 3rd grader around my yard north of Minneapolis. In my past work as the Minnesota Jaycees executive director, I supported the implementation and direction of the strategic plan, communications and marketing, member engagement, fundraising, and new program development. I managed the finance and administrative areas of the organization and built research and internship projects for focused capacity-building work. Prior to my time at the Jaycees, I spent the early years of my career at HECUA and the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits.Throughout my career I have focused on working to engage young people in their community and in innovative associations- both community-based and professional.I have a passion for leadership development of young people. I was the founder of the Twin Cities chapter of the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network (YNPN Twin Cities) and also held a seat on the YNPN National Board.
