Collaborated with Board of Regents, major donors, staff and faculty. All events were implemented on-budget and all outcomes were achieved. ● Led signature fundraising event in partnership with the University’s Alumni Board. In final year raised the highest amount in event history. ● Achieved $3M goal for the Annual Fund as part of the $17.5M campaign goal. Led vision and implementation for merging two conferences into one and added a teleconference element to broaden access. In final year, secured a partnership with Mayo Clinic and navigated moving locations to position the conference for growth. ● Negotiated and oversaw vendor contracts, sponsor relations and benefit implementation, speaker relations and travel consultant, collaborated with event committee, key problem-solver and logistic extraordinaire. ● Worked one-on-one with families by delivering workshops and care consultations.
