I’m a real estate executive, board member, and strategic advisor with 30+ years of expertise in the acquisition, disposition, financing, development, and redevelopment of over $5 billion in commercial assets with a variety of private investors and institutional partners. ➢ Borghese Investments & Commercial Real Estate ExperienceAs the CEO and founder of Borghese Investments, which I established in 2007, I serve as a commercial developer and advisor for retail centers, master-planned business parks, mixed use projects, marinas, and office buildings. Notable projects have included Platform 3750 in Coconut Grove/Coral Gables, Bayshore Landing in Coconut Grove, 5th Avenue Collection in Naples, The Shoppes at Southern Palms in Palm Beach, and Flagler Station in Miami. Prior to founding Borghese, I served as President for Terranova Corporation, overseeing a $1.5 billion portfolio of retail, office, and industrial properties. My experience with ICSC provided me with exposure to a variety of national retailers, public and private real estate CEOs, and capital markets participants. As a past trustee, I still attend quarterly board meetings and remain current in the marketplace. Currently, I’m pursuing board opportunities as an independent director to REITS, family offices, private equity companies, retail, and real estate companies.
