With over 25 years of experience in human resources, I am the Owner of Wedding Officiant Services, where I combine my passion for people and my expertise in HR to create memorable and meaningful ceremonies for couples who love each other. I am an ordained chaplain at Princeton Community Church and a certified professional in human resources (PHR) and SHRM-CP, as well as a holder of a MBA degree in Business and Human Resources.As a former HR Manager at Special Olympics New Jersey, I developed strong skills in organizational leadership, strategic planning, program development, coaching, conflict resolution, and team building. I have successfully managed HR functions for a nonprofit organization that provides sports training and competition for people with intellectual disabilities. I have also taught adult education courses at Mercer County Community College and mentored aspiring HR professionals. My mission is to help individuals and organizations achieve their full potential and foster a culture of respect, diversity, and inclusion.
