In the secure environment of a group setting, individuals discover new patterns in the "here-and-now" of group experience that influence positive connections for all group members. I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor, marriage and family therapist, addictions counselor, and certified group psychotherapist. In my work with adults, I support personal resilience with positive psychology, relational psychotherapy and mindfulness stress reduction. My home office is walking distance from the Bethesda Metro and is wheelchair accessible.
