Trish is a certified Co-Active Coach trained by the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and a member of the International Coach Federation certified as a Professional Credited Coach PCC. She has also trained to work as a relationship and systems coach which enables her to facilitate team development workshops and coach teams supporting their growth towards high performing teams. Her training was with the world renowned Organisation and Relationship Systems Coach ORSC training series.The coaching relationship between the coach and the client is an equal relationship where transformational change in the client is the responsibility of both and while as coach Trish employs her skills and strategies using the principles of coaching, she will absolutely trust you hold the answers.
