As an integral member of the Kount Product Team, I'll support the product vision that will be executed by the development teams for our core services. I'll be responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders to build capabilities and features which create and enhance product offerings. I'll work with the development teams to translate these features into user stories, as well as provide validation that features are complete before release. I'll have the ability to shape the future of products at Kount through insights, analysis, definition and communication and help bring a vision to fruition.

As a PM, I managed a variety of projects and clients including digital marketing campaigns, staff augmentation and website redesigns. As PMO lead for the Unified Creative Agency, I led over 25 talented PMs, located in multiple locations, to successfully transition to Accenture tools and processes by providing direction, Job Aids and training sessions. As Studio Lead for the Boise location, I cultivated an inviting environment for team members and drove an office renovation.

As a PM, I delivered on web redesign projects, managed and maintained brand assets sites plus supported high-tech clients on managing employee/contractor staff augmentation. As a PM Functional Manager, I provided strategic direction and training along with all HR duties for the PM team in several locations plus improved processes and decreased administration time spent.

As an Application Manager, I supported the Commercial Sales business through our PeopleSoft applications and project teams. As a PM, I fulfilled corporate directives for Year 2000 certifications related to five applications including the credit card collections system.

Branch Conversion Coordinator for merger of seven branches in two states to US Bank standards and operating procedures. Streamlined all branch and back office financial support activity.

Coordinated the conversion of all settlement and accounting practices from CardPac to Vision21 for $30 million Private Label portfolio.
