HR GENERALIST ACTIVITIES:- Provide advice and lead generalist/ER activities (e.g. performance management processes, disciplinary processes, restructures, grievances)- Involved in the recruitment and selection of employees. This includes headhunting potential job candidates using LinkedIn recruiter, and attending selection interviews- Review HR process and policy to make sure that they are simple, user friendly and comply with employment law and best practiceORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES- Developed and embedded an organisational competency framework (using the Lominger competency products)- Designed the performance review system (e.g. created new templates, developed behavioural descriptors for the competencies, revised the process, created management tools)- Overhauled the recruitment and selection process to ensure that it is aligned to best practice and the competency framework, including creating new position descriptions and interview templates - Developed and facilitate the management induction/orientation programme- Created management toolkits - Run management trining on how to effectively lead and manage people- Responsible for employee engagement - Develop and analyse HR surveys (e.g. exit interviews, new hire surveys)
