At 25 years old, I formed a virtual health and wellness company called True You Health Solutions, LLC. I created virtual coaching programs for individuals, groups, and small businesses to reach their ideal health, wellness, and vitality goals. Our clients had the opportunity to work with mental health coaches, nutritionist, personal trainers, yoga instructors, and meditation instructors through our HIPPA compliant platform. True You then expanded to create that same type of support for Small Businesses who needed a solid wellness program added to their benefits package. It was an honor to run a business for 10 years that elevated the lives of others.In February of 2022, I became a Mom. My motherhood journey, as is anyone's, was challenging, emotional, and rewarding all wrapped into one. For me, breastfeeding didn't go to plan and I needed to turn to infant formula after a month. The reaction my baby had to conventional formulas on the US Market at the time had horrendous side effects for my baby. It wasn't until a friend suggested I try a Goat Milk Infant Formula. All of my daughter's symptoms rapidly reduced.Goat Milk is the closest alternative to Human Breastmilk, found in nature. And when 14% of babies will struggle with a cow-milk protein intolerance, it's imperative that we have wholesome alternative solutions. That's why Little One Nutrition Company has been born, and I can not wait to bring this essential food to the babies who truly need it!
