• Collaborate with Marketing, Commodity, and Purchasing directors to develop national wholesale marketing programs – 30+ programs exist currently in the US and Canada• Administer and monitor all US and Canada corporate marketing programso Design, create, and provide periodic progress reports showing profitability of programso Programs include asset equipment, retailer rebate, rack placement, and direct email• Develop regional programs and processes with 20 US and 4 Canadian divisions• Manage and report on capital equipment programs• Liaise with IT and Corporate directors to evaluate, troubleshoot, and improve system programs • Training – develop Training and Marketing program structures and processeso Provide onsite instruction to all divisions in US and Canadao Provide web-based instruction to all divisions in US and Canadao Provide training in Excel to new hires and follow up training for all employees in Excel, IBM AS 400, i series, and Cognos o Support directors in appropriate use of Business Intelligence and applying tool set for specific departments and categories• Project Management o Handle special projects including process reviews and implementationso Work with staff processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and streamliningo Ensure SOX compliance • Review vendor contracts; negotiate with vendors to ensure best pricing and program funding• Plan, develop, and execute special events – annual corporate events, trade events• Ensure all programs are audit ready
