Over the course of her almost 15 year tenure in brokerage management Trish discovered a passion and ability for fuelling culture, facilitating education and performance improvement in adult learner environments and developing systems and processes leading to increased efficiency.A self-described “builder” her greatest successes have been when faced with a challenge to overcome, be it breathing new life into a stale office culture, recruiting a start-up office to a fully fledged branch, creatively finding ways to deliver needs based training to meet unpredictable hiring patterns, creating a digital learning platform from scratch at zero budget to serve a fully remote team and most recently developing, writing and executing all the processes and policies for a full brokerage operation.As she helped to launch and develop the careers of 100's of realtors her interest expanded to encompass adult education.  She put herself on a self-directed learning path of Instructional Design and has written and presented multiple course curriculums.   She is equally comfortable delivering  both hard and soft skill training in a variety of formats including webinar, classroom environment, casual in-office shared experience sessions and of course, “roll up your sleeves” one on one mentoring. Those under her care and mentorship have enjoyed her upbeat personality and tell it like it is approach to management.Her most recent focus has been on operational excellence. While she was introduced to logistics and project management at an early career point it has been her most recent role with a Prop-Tech that has re-ignited her interest and passion for process management.Using DISC lexicon her personality is measured as a DI:  Concluder / Doer / One who Gets Results. An unusual combination of pragmatism, creativity and empathy means Trish adapted easily as her early years took her from bay street, to advertising to logistics and project management and then Real Estate Sales and Leadership.She has driven Recruiting and P&L Profit numbers up in each of the branches she was responsible for.
