Together we can make a difference and accomplish our goals.I spent the early years of my career working in a casino, bars, and restaurants while attending college part-time and earning my degree in criminal justice, followed by completing a one-year paralegal certification. I landed a role handling pro bono work for a law firm and was thrilled to be making a positive impact on people while earning a living!Through a lucky break at a networking event, I was offered a position at the Chicago Bar Foundation and then earned a promotion to join the American Bar Foundation. This is where I found the job I was born to do — human resource management.I am deadline-driven and can cut through the “noise” to focus on priorities and think strategically to create the best employee experiences and make sure things run smoothly for the rest of the company. There are endless ways to help and serve the people around me.I influence a more productive and happier workplace by mediating employee relations’ conflicts.
