Trish Morrison is the National Business Leader of the BLG Construction Group, and is also a partner in our Public-Private Infrastructure Projects (P3) Focus Group and Environmental Law Focus Group. Trish focuses her practice on all facets of the construction industry – acting for owners, engineers, and contractors in the litigation or arbitration of large scale construction disputes arising out of commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects, as well as front-end project matters such as tendering and contract drafting, including P3 agreements. Trish also provides advice on environmental matters, having acted as counsel on numerous contaminated-site litigation cases and advising on environmental issues in commercial transactions. As well, Trish acts as counsel in litigation involving general corporate/commercial matters such as fidelity claims and product liability disputes.
