* Responsible for all HR needs at the district. * Assist with HR, payroll, policy/procedure, benefits, & employee relations. * Serve as liaison between district & corporate office. * Facilitate performance & disciplinary procedures. * Participate in recruiting efforts & temporary/contract support needs. * Coordinate pre-employment/onboarding. * Conduct new hire orientation process. * Maintain & update all personnel changes. * Track & manage all time and attendance.* Coordinate company property assignments.

* HR Administrator for all locations. * Point of contact for policy/procedure interpretation & enforcement. * Manage & carry out all HR-related programs/communications. * Assist & coordinate recruitment efforts. * Applicant tracking system manager. * Facilitate employee orientation meetings. * Review & manage benefit enrollment and eligibility process. * Process bi-weekly payroll. * Manage timekeeping & time off processes. * Employee file maintenance. * Support HR consulting, benefit admin, I-9 audits, & DOT file audits.
