I have worked in television, fashion and not-for-profit; gaining communication and engagement skills that are authentic and meaningful. My style is to be collaborative, ensuring that key stakeholders are brought on the journey, which they are funding and or participating.2. Understanding Human Behaviour:My coaching experience on presence and self-image has provided me with insights into human behaviour. Presence, or the perception of presence, is something that may happen before you walk into a boardroom or high stakes meeting. This experience is beneficial to help understand target audience and strategies, determining the best way to convey key messages effectively to different demographics.3. Brand Development:I am an advocate of personal brand development and have helped C-Suite executives curate their personal brand through styling and presence. The corporate image and brand development for an individual should align with their chosen career and organisation. Importantly, the brand development must be sympathetic to an organisation's mission, values and the impact on social cohesion it is setting out to deliver.4. Networking and Relationship Building:My experience as a speaker and stylist involves networking and building relationships. These skills work hand in hand to help foster partnerships, attract sponsors, and engage with influential individuals or organisations that align with the objectives I see great value in.
