Current-Responsible for development and implementation of Medicaid Provider Quality Improvement strategies, including program design, management, and strategic planning in coordination and collaboration with multiple matrix partners resulting in improved quality outcomes-Lead the MCO's strategic design, implementation, and evaluation of provider focused social determinants of health (SDoH) efforts-Direct monthly audit in accordance with established protocols to ensure documentation of the case management processes are performed consistently and in accordance with NCQA standards. Report analysis of audit result with improvement recommendations-Develop and implement the infrastructure to support provider quality improvement strategic and operating plans.-Plans provider focused strategic activities for the organization's executive team, acts as a point of contact between executive sponsors and other stakeholders; provides oversight and guidance to projects of high importance.-Shaping Medicaid RFP bid strategy, designing differentiated local solutions, defining win themes, and ensuring development of a high-quality proposal that meets state-specific needs. -Direct personnel actions related to areas of responsibility including, but not limited to hiring, performance management, staff development, disciplinary action, etc.
