Like any performance at the Sydney Opera House, there are many different aspects working together to ensure Bennelong is successful, profitable and puts on a showstopper seven nights a week. Bennelong's success and our guest experience is my primary focus.Key Responsibilities & Experience:• Leading a team of over 100 for the common goal of culinary excellence and extraordinary guest experience. • Ensuring financial objectives are met through preparing strategic and annual forecasts and budgets. • Achieving efficiencies across all aspects of the restaurant. • Fostering a harmonious working relationship with the Sydney Opera House’s business units including building, partnerships, marketing and media. • Contract manager overseeing the requirements of operating within the Sydney Opera House and with its partners and contractors. • Management of Bennelong operations to adhere to industry and legislative standards.It's rewarding seeing our shared vision for Bennelong being brought to life by a superstar team.

Collins On Bourke is one of South Sydney's latest landmark development that boasts a number of key tenants including Pacific Brands, Panasonic Avionics, Fisher & Paykel and Suntory. Developed by HSF Property Developments Pty Ltd, this state-of-the-art 21,500sqm hybrid building has been designed to cater to an exciting mix of retail, light industrial and commercial businesses. Once construction was complete in early 2012 I was brought onto the project to attract new tenants and bring life to the development. My role included;• Development and management of financial forecasts and feasibility models. • Management of new fitouts to ensure works were to code and fitting with the buildings operational objectives.• The management of leasing and sales applications including key terms and council approvals. • Effective stakeholder management to create and nurture positive relationships. • Communication and conflict management with internal and external stakeholders. • Development of periodic and project based marketing plans to ensure a continual stream of tenant and investment enquiries.

Established in 2004, HYPOXI Australia has grown from a single studio operation to a network of over 60 HYPOXI treatment locations throughout the nation. In 2009, HYPOXI Australia was awarded the Westpac Smart Company Award for its innovative range and smart business practices.HYPOXI is the first training concept to combine alternating high and low pressure with exercise to help target fat in those areas which just won’t budge - its results have won critical acclaim throughout Australian and international media outlets. My responsibilities at HYPOXI Australia included: • Development and execution of quarterly media releases for print, online and television. • Point of contact for journalists and all media opportunities.• Establishment of a 12 month marketing and promotional plan.• Internal communication and reporting on media and marketing campaigns to stakeholders. • Coordination of interstate meetings and training sessions. • Management of technical and maintenance within studios. Key Achievements: • Execution of a Channel 9 infomercial, including script development and talent sourcing.• Implementation of a national Hoyts Cinema campaign. • Establishment of an ongoing Fitness First advertising campaign. • Management of national Mix and 2day radio campaigns. • Securing over 50 positive media reviews including Vogue, Harpers Bazaar, Grazia, Madison, In Style, Mind Food, SMH and The Australian. • Securing television coverage on A Current Affair, Today Tonight, The Morning Show & Sunrise.
