Served as Clerk/Secretary for the Director of Communications for one of the nation’s largest governmental contractors. Responsibilities included:• Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments. Organizing minutes from meetings using Microsoft Office, then distributing to management. Handling all travel arrangements for management.• Ordering all office supplies for the department. Performing any errands that contributed to the completion of a projects deadline.• Using a variety of office equipment, such as fax machines, photocopiers, scanners, and computers.• Served as a representative on CH2MHILL Company Safety Committee.

Worked in the Human Resources department for Fluor Hanford Corridor River Project. Responsibilities included:• Organizing and preparing files to be sent to the record holding area.
