- Manage projects from conceptualization to execution- Responsible for event production, planning, and logistics execution, liaising with clients, sponsors, speakers, delegates and vendors, etc- Working with various teams for the design, production, and execution of event concepts and budget proposals- Organize, plan and coordinate events, including webinars, executive luncheons, cocktails, gala dinners, exhibitions, virtual meetings - Proper closure by finalizing post-event reports and documentation- Provide secretarial support to committees- Act as the prime contact point for both internal and external parties for event/program-related activities
