Quality Assurance Section (Materials Testing Unit)o Ensures the proper implementation of the quality control program by having constant supervision with the project engineer and inspection before and during the critical stages of the project (concrete batching and pouring), resulting in fewer reworks and delays.o Ensures all materials undergo minimum testing requirements as stated in the DPWH quality control program.
