Partner with business planners, architects, support teams, and account teams to understand, analyze, and design digital delivery experiences to enable strong and consistent collaboration between customers and support teams.Ensure that engineering teams deliver the expected value to the customer and business objectives to Microsoft.Apply a strategic understanding of the timing and rationale for prioritization choices for solutions and capabilities.Engage with business units and work closely with upstream and downstream stakeholders to ensure we deliver connected customer experiences.

Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.Develop or update project plans for information technology projects, including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.Maintain applications according to SLAs.Work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system rollouts, major/minor enhancements, and/or ongoing maintenance of existing applications.

Responsible for managing the day-to-day workflow through the shop and ensuring that projects continue to move along smoothly.Interfacing with Hardware groups within Facebook and understand their needs and how the shop can support them.Work with the Model Makers to ensure consumables were procured in a timely fashion.Maintain and develop relationships with external vendors and suppliers to build a strong support network.Manage the outsourcing of manufactured prototypes.

Manage project development from initiation to closure.Manages day-to-day client interaction and project requirements.Complete project charter outlining: scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget and timing.Assist with proposal efforts including completing project scoping and LOE (Level of Effort) assessments.Provide a project schedule to identify when each task would be performed.

Monitor/improve the quality manufacturing processes through observations and feedback from Customers and Sales TeamProvides problem analysis and problem resolutionWork with production personnel to solve manufacturing issues with our productsWork with the Engineering Department to define problem areas and implement product improvements based on Customer concerns
