Accountable for monitoring the day to day operations of the store, supervising all associates in the building, preparing the store for the next business day, and increasing sales by having product available on the sales floor. Liable for seeing that all environmental and compliance laws are followed at all times as well as all Walmart policies. Accountable for the day to day operations of the Photo, Connection Center, and Electronics Departments. Responsible for inventory, replenishment, markup and markdowns, merchandising, and general house keeping of the departments. Directly oversees four associates and completes schedules, evaluations, and coaching for improvement.
