Plus offices in Valencia, Spain and Lisbon, Portugal.My primary responsibilities are:- Management of 10+ positions at any given time - Establishing strong relationships with hiring managers to understand strategic hiring needs according to priority levels- Ensure clear and mutual understanding of priorities and practical constraints- Guide hiring managers through the recruitment process as and when needed- Work with hiring managers on developing job descriptions, and technical assessments and advertise these positions accordingly on various job platforms- Headhunt candidates off various platforms- Review applications, evaluate candidates, shortlist according to minimum requirements and schedule interviews with hiring managers in a clock speed manner- Conduct the full recruitment process after interviews including references, assessments, technicals and the offer of employment- Focus on proactive sourcing, networking and recommending improvements to the current recruitment process- Build a talent pipeline within our Applicant Tracking System- Build partnerships with universities for interns/trainees as well as visa agencies for international critical skillsPositions worked (South Africa, Europe and North America):- Head of Departments (Marketing | Product | Engineering)- Engineers (Mid, Senior & Lead Developers | Data Engineers | QA Engineers)- Marketing (Content Marketers | Designers)- Sales (AEs | SDRs | Customer Success)- Support (Customer Support)- People & Ops (HR Coordinators | IT Support)
