2021 KEIRA award winner for top 1% globally. Responsible for setting up and leading numerous FIH Phase 1 oncology trials across the APAC region (Aus, China, Taiwan, South Korea). From startup through to enrolment and close out. Daily management of regional activities and objective delivery within the global study team.

Full end to end study management from concept to delivery including trial design to meet objectives, vendor engagement and management, study and site level daily management including CRA team. Commercially sponsored and academic Phase I and II clinical trials in indications including ALS/MND, MS, Concussion, Alzheimer’s and Epilepsy. Developing new treatments for those most in need.

Start-Up team management including pre-trial protocol design input, ethics, regulatory and reporting activities for ~50 new trials/ year at a dedicated Phase 1 unit. Working closely with the CEO, Medical Director and Department Heads in a client facing role, I was responsible for client engagement, BD/ RFPs, contracts and budgets, 3rd party vendor ID and contracting; team oversight responsible for transitioning projects from concept through Start-Up and onto the project execution teams. Escalation point for study sponsors. Studies ranged from First in Class/ Human Phase 1 healthy volunteer studies to Phase 2 primary efficacy studies in patients in numerous therapeutic areas.
