My mission is to turn visions into reality by navigating the chaos that comes with change. My methodology aims to remove the view of chaos being unstable and directionless, and instead inserts an understanding of chaos being the catalyst for change. My approach focuses on (1) development of support structures to absorb change with minimal chaos and overwhelm for the individual; and (2) development of process and policy within organizations that promote humanness and integrity, stabilizing organizational chaos.
