Management of onsite services for Sodexo accross different sites in W.A ranging from 300 man camps with 25 staff onsite at anyone time to 1000 man camps with 80 staff onsite at any one time. The management of the camp includes all facilities management from F&B, industrial cleaning, bus services, accomodation cleaning, airports and maintenance crews. Control of food budgets / site budgets, rostering, perfomance management, client relationships, workplace health & safety.

All duties required from a Venue Manager from marketing, recruitment, entertainment including International Bands / DJ's, stock control, accounting KPI's etc. A large part of my role was based around social activities that would promote the venues in a positive way with trying to build exposure to community groups if possible.
