During my time at SAE Institute London I would study the discipline of Music Business which consisted of the following : - Researching a given genre of music extensively to understand it's relationship with the technological advancements - Finding, approaching and managing an artist for three month period and releasing music with said artist. Liaising with production students to record, produce and document entire process of recording and release with full promotions campaign. Concurrently creating a business ready marketing campaign for said artist with extensive research into target markets, key areas of marketing and promotions. - Create a branding portfolio of an artist of your choice examining brand strategies and psychologies and creating a business ready branding portfolio Final Major Project - Create a full working public relations campaign strategy with in-depth original research from practitioners in the field whilst also examining the ethical implications of public relations.
