Marseille Area

3D/2D design of various parts and electrical routing (EHI/EHA) on the RACER prototype and H160 by using Catia v5 software. I worked on a study for the Racer ECO-mode. The aim was to first choose where to put a system in the H/C, then how to fix it in the H/C and finally how to connect it to other electrical systems. I also made a study for an equipment prototype on the H160.

As a Communication Manager, I was able to produce various posts and video montages on social networks to keep our community up to date on the progress of our projects. In addition, this role was also designed to pass on information from the management team to the other members of the association.

Marseille

Within this association, with the help of my colleagues, I was able to renovate a 4L in order to take part in the 4L Trophy, train in car/motorcycle mechanics on different vehicles, draw up budget forecasts, buy a go-kart chassis as well as an engine part with a view to adapting it into the go-kart.

Strasbourg

I worked on the final assembly line for 8-speed automatic gearboxes for 4 weeks, with night shifts (2 weeks) and 2x8 shifts.Part of this involved assembling different parts on the gearbox casing within a given timeframe, either manually or using semi-automatic equipment, visually checking for any defects, unloading casings and taking part in continuous improvement, all in accordance with the quality and safety standards in force.
