• Supervise a team of 3 QA Lab Technicians• Manage and evaluate the sampling, inspection and approval of raw materials and package components.• Develop, guide and support Good Manufacturing Practice and Quality System programs. • Maintain compliance files for cGMP programs• Troubleshoot analytical methodology and instrumentation problems.• Manage SOP program and associated training documentation• Remain current on regulatory requirements from FDA as appropriate• Lead and coordinate cGMP Compliance requirements for all departments• Assist all departments in generating and maintaining SOPs• Evaluate Out of Specification occurrences in the Quality Department and evaluates the completion of OOS process.• Effective problem solver when dealing with manufacturing and analytical issues and investigations.• Comply with all Safety and Quality regulations• Represent Quality at project meetings such as shipping and production meetings.• Provide training and coaching on all laboratory tests, process and analysis.• Manage and evaluate the calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment.
