Following 6 years of service in the US Navy, an opportunity in the military logistics industry found me. My subsequent industry experience has taught me a great many things about the good, bad, and ugly aspects of this business. There’s no doubt about it, military procurement can be a tough hike. I believe I can make a positive impact in this space.For me, logistics consultancy is about being a way-finder; a trusted guide on our clients’ procurement journey. It’s on us to be prepared for any and all situations, charted or uncharted. I use my combined military and corporate experience to deliver a needs-first partnership model to our clients, suppliers, and end-users in the field. What does ‘needs-first’ mean? Simple. First & foremost I’m interested in delivering what’s right for the project.In any industry, over-promising and under-delivering is an issue, and mine is no different. This is not my way. Sure, everyone says “we do things better”, but how many of them mean it?
