I've been in the industry for almost 11 years now. I started working at the age of 18 because my dad passed away and I needed to help my mom pay the bills. I'm the breadwinner of the family, and at a young age, I didn't bother myself with applying to this kind of industry because I'm an adventurous person and willing to learn new things. Luckily, I got my first Job at Results, where I worked as an Inbound Rep for a credit card campaign. Then I was trained for Moneygram, where we take calls to receive and send money. After a year, I tried applying for a Sales Campaign to gain more incentives and a higher basic pay, and with my very impressive performance and after a very long process and interviews, I was accepted. Finally, I got the chance to explore more of myself in both the IB and OB campaigns for satellite radio.I also work as a Debt Collector in Microsourcing wherein there's a lot of task to do i feel i was like an investigator and this job challenged me a lot because we need to do skip tracing and all. Been an Account Manager in TELUS and handle Small Business Solutions. Supported US accounts for anti-virus and malware protection and identity protection.I am currently with Reed Elsevier Lexis Nexis as an Account Manager supporting XpertHR in the UK and US.Top Seller Rep month to month and yearly for OB and IB Satellite Radio CampaignSecond-top Performer for Credit Card applications (FNBO)Top Collector for Australian Debt.Part of the elite team supporting low performers.
