Manage projects from the design phase all the way to owner's substantial completion. Responsible for building budgets and controlling costs throughout entire project to ensure projects are profitable. Maintain and update data on projects that include current information on issued and answered RFI’s, submittals, purchase orders, change orders, and material tracking. Review addenda and ASIs for scope additions or deductions and price up any changes for timely submission. Complete drawing takeoffs to solicit quotes from vendors and compile submittal data per construction specifications. Also establish communications between corporate office and field offices to ensure both sites have correct and corresponding information. Proficient with the design build process and proposing value engineering solutions to the design team. Project experience includes hospitals, commercial office buildings, mixed-manufacturing, waste-water treatment facilities, secondary/higher educational campuses, USACE facilities, as well as LEED projects.

Daily workload involves using troubleshooting skills to index and barcode complex case information into several electronic file management software programs while maintaining integrity of original documentation.
