About Tristan Fowler

Hello! I'm Tristan Fowler, and I began working at Buildium after two years of national service with AmeriCorps NCCC and then working at the headquarters for AmeriCorps NCCC in Washington, DC. After four years of growth with NCCC, I took two months to backpack across Southeast Asia, a lifelong dream. We moved and lived in Boston five years, and during that time I found a position working at Buildium, which was, at the time, a well-established software start-up for property managers. After about a year and a half, I was promoted to a Team Leader Assistant with the Customer Care department, and six months later, I was promoted again to a Team Lead. Being an expert and having a direct role in helping customers and supporting other agents is very rewarding. This, along with working for a company that cares for it's employees just as much as it's customers, makes for a perfect place to establish myself in Boston.After years of working directly with customers and coaching agents one-on-one, I have now transitioned into a role as the Training Manager with Buildium Customer Care. I manage a team of trainers and quality assurance specialists. My goals are to improve the quality and performance of the customer care agents through training, continuing education and improving call quality. Since working remotely had become the norm for our team, we moved closer to our extended family in Delaware in January 2022. Looking forward to making new friends and connections in my new hometown!
