This is an important department that I managed, and involved a broad range of different responsibilities, of which many are included in the following list:• Managing the uploading of web portfolios of all our models using a custom CMS, and optimising this task to create a more efficient workflow• Shooting up to date polaroids of current and prospective models, utilising natural lighting and working with and understanding SLR cameras.• Photographing our background artistes for their web portfolio, employing an optimised routine to take quality photos without wasting the time of our extras. This included an understanding of how professional flash lighting works and how to take advantage of it.• Organising a shared storage system housing tens of thousands of images of our represented models, artistes and actors.• Training new members of staff in all things agency-digital and ensuring they are comfortable with our systems and technologies
