This position has a key co-ordination, development and liaison role in the effective delivery of recruitment of medical personnel (both Locum and Senior Medical Recruitment) to Western NSW Local Health District. The position is responsible for assisting with the medical recruitment and workforce needs of the District to ensure they are met at all times through effective management of all stakeholders in the value chain and include operational, functional and technical compliance monitoring. The position co-ordinates the effective communication between locum agencies and Western NSW Local Health District stakeholders for locum placements and co-ordinates and manages Senior Medical Recruitment from advertising to letter of offer stage.

This was a sales position that involved managing and meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.During this time I have gained an excellent market awareness and knowledge of the various tools and programmes used for Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Testing, Development and Software Engineering in Australia.Furthermore while employed in this role I initiated multiple very successful relationships with a wide range of clients, to whom I sold recruitment services. I predominantly focused on working with consultancies as I find they have an excellent awareness of technology markets and trends. This focus has resulted in tendering for and being accepted on several ‘Preferred Supplier Agreements’ with contract and permanent billings totalling more than one million dollars.
