1. Project management of all engineering tasks from post-design to pre production.2. Provide recommendation to industry designers on product manufacturability and potential quality issues3. Tooling development control to ensure successful manufacturing execution in quality and delivery.4. Manage multiple technical projects and tasks simultaneously and ensuring completion of the projects.5. Interface with factory engineer and internal Quality department to ensure standards are will define, communicated, understood and met.6. Solving technical issues during development and production phase.7. Fully communicate all issues and solutions among all teams and factories.

Independently leading sourced projects, ensure responsible project executed on quality, cost and time;Define product modular specification(Drawing,Spec.,CP.etc.)to ensure final product meet the design;Perform project related internal tests together with lab supporting project execution;Coordinate with 3rd party lab about product certifications;Organize and lead meetings to convince, motivate and federate internal and external stakeholders;Support to purchasing team about supplier management;Coordinate with Quality Dept.about product quality assurance and supplier process control;Ability to handle different kinds of design tasks according to manager’s requirement;

Technical lead for OEM projects;Lead Mechanical design of Cookware projects;Creat test plan & Perform project related Internal test;Communicate with external supplier about sourced projects;Coordinate with internal departments, marketing, purchasing, quality etc.;Coordinate with 3rd party about product certifications;Ensure responsible project executed on quality, cost and time;

Technically lead to create 3D/2D drawings and technical documents;In charge of Tooling & Fixture design;Create test plans for each new product design requirements;Tracking & support testing activities in internal lab or 3rd party lab;

Generation of drawings, documentation, BOM and routing for orders.Provide product related calculations, incl. winding, mechanical stress.In charge of SAP input and operations.Support R&D team in product development.Finished trial production, handling problems in the production.Interdisciplinary contact with procurement teams, vendors, testing laboratories and end customers.Provide product engineering support for related sales and marketing, local manufacturing operations and after sales service.
