As a University of Toronto Alumni, I am well-accustomed to the facilities and the staff. Continuing to be involved with the University of Toronto allowed me give back and help coach and educate students on health and fitness. I worked closely with clients to assess and program based on their current capacities and future goals. My approach focuses on educating clients on not only proper movement patterns, but healthy habits for school and life.

As a Fitness Professional at The Motion Room I delivered a variety of fitness classes to a wide range of members. This included instructing fitness classes and training members in a group setting. An additional role involved administration and sales, acquiring new clients and maintaining current ones.

Working as an assistant Coach for Team Hardwood, I helped coached cross country ski athletes of many levels ranking highly at provincial, national, and international competitions. Assisting with workout delivery and technical sessions, I was also largely responsible for developing and implementing strength training specific to the level of the athlete and the yearly periodization model.

As a supervisor in one my my first managerial roles, I had advanced responsibility managing the weight room, track, rock-climbing wall, and gymnasium in the Georgian College Athletic Centre, including opening and closing the facilities. I developed organization and leadership skills managing front desk, rock wall and facility staff. I acquired strong customer service skills, working directly with customers and clients to resolve issues.
